Book an Appointment
If you’re here, you’re probably considering a conversation rather than browsing for information.
This page exists to make booking simple and transparent — so you know what you’re stepping into, what happens next, and what’s expected of you (and what isn’t). There’s no pressure to rush, and nothing hidden behind the button.
Take a moment to review what booking entails. If it feels right, you can move forward. If not, it’s okay to pause and come back later.
What Booking an Appointment Means (and What It Doesn’t)
Booking an appointment means you’re reserving a paid one-hour consult focused on you — your goals, your training, your context, and what might help most right now.
It’s not a sales call.
It’s not an application or an assessment you need to “pass.”
And it’s not a commitment to ongoing coaching.
Once you book and pay, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session details and a short set of questions to complete in advance. These questions are there to help you organise your thoughts and help us use the time well — you don’t need to overthink them or have everything figured out.
The session itself is a calm, collaborative working conversation. The aim is clarity: understanding what’s going on, what matters most, and what sensible next steps could look like — whether that involves continuing to work together or not.
What We’ll Do in the Session
The session is a focused, one-hour working conversation.
We’ll start by grounding ourselves in what’s most relevant right now — what you’re dealing with, what you want help with, and what feels unclear or stuck. That might include training history, pain or performance issues, recent changes, or broader goals you’re navigating.
From there, we’ll look at patterns rather than isolated details. What’s supporting progress? What’s creating friction? What’s worth changing now, and what’s better left alone?
You’re welcome to bring questions, notes, or videos if that’s useful. If not, that’s fine too. There’s no expectation to present yourself a certain way or arrive with a polished story. The structure of the session is there to support clarity, not performance.
The aim is to leave the hour with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and a sense of what sensible next steps could look like — grounded in your context, not generic advice.
What Happens After the Session
After the session, you’re not left to figure things out on your own.
Each appointment includes 21 days of follow-up support via WhatsApp. During that time, you’re welcome to ask questions, share short videos, and get clarification as you start applying what we discussed. This support is there to help ideas translate into real-world action, not to create pressure or dependency.
If there are reflections or adjustments that emerge as you train, you can check them rather than second-guessing yourself. If nothing comes up, that’s fine too — the support is available, not mandatory.
There’s no expectation that you book another session straight away. Some people do. Others take time to integrate, train, and see how things land. You’re free to decide what makes sense for you, without urgency or obligation.
This part of the process is designed to support continuity and confidence, not to rush you into the next step.
The Exchange, at Your Pace
The cost of a one-hour consult is $250 AUD.
That covers the session itself, your preparation beforehand, and 21 days of follow-up support after the appointment. You’re paying for focused time, careful attention, and experience — not for promises, packages, or pressure to continue.
There are no upsells during the session and no expectation that you commit beyond what you book. You’re free to decide what happens next based on whether the conversation feels useful and supportive to you.
If you’re weighing the cost or the timing, that’s reasonable. You don’t need to be certain before you book. It’s okay to read this page more than once, to sit with the decision, or to come back when the moment feels right.
If and when you do book, you’re stepping into a contained, respectful process designed to help you think clearly and move forward in a way that fits you. And if now isn’t the time, that’s information too.
Trust your sense of timing. This work will still be here when you’re ready.
