My objective is that you have the skills and internal resources needed to move in ways that bring joy, improve health and happiness, and develop meaningful strength that is sustained by the task. Unlock pristine clarity. We do goal setting at a whole other level. Build your own goal stack based on your Massively Transformative Purpose (MTP). We reverse engineer your MTP into 12-month, 6-month, 3-month, monthly, weekly, daily and clear goals to keep you super focused and on track. Step Three: Find Flow
Flow is the state of consciousness in which we feel our best and perform at our best. Flow is how you have done hard things. We have all been in flow states, so I teach you how to identify your triggers and cultivate your environment for high performance. Flow is as relevant in stroke rehab as it is in education and high performance. Flow is a fundamental quality of being human. I will help you develop a process that lets you go deeper into flow for longer, more often, and with less effort.

Self-efficacy is what we are searching for. Self-efficacy looks like resilience mixed with perseverance. Self-efficacy sounds like, “I haven’t done yet, but I’ve got this”. Self-efficacy shows up as determination, discipline, motivation and intrinsic reward. There is a moment in every story when the hero understands how strong they truly are and what they are capable of.
